Responsibilities of the Labor and Social Welfare Committee

"j. All the recommendatory or decision-making powers, which are required for the implementation of both the provisions of Law 3852/2010 as applicable, as well as the special provisions, which refer to the scope of the Committee's work (Labor and Social Care).

II. Of the responsibilities for outdoor commercial activities as described in the provisions of Law 4849/2021
and especially:
a) of article 23 par. 4, of article 53 regarding the decision to determine the amount of the street trade activity fee within the boundaries of the Region, the method of payment and for any other relevant street trade issue
b) of articles 34,35,36,37,38 and 39 where it concerns the operation of Sunday markets and the taking of relevant decisions by the Region (taking into account the provisions of article 126 par. 9 of Law 4964/2022)
c) of article 42 regarding the taking of decisions by the Region for the operation of special thematic markets
d) of article 14 and 26 (as amended by article 28 of law 4933/2022 par. 3) for any issue related to the issuance of a notice for the granting of licenses and places in the public markets by the P.S. E.
iii. Approval of Social Assistance programs for vulnerable groups.
iv. Approval of incentives in favor of auxiliary physicians and field service physicians."
