Digital platform for electronic submission of citizen/business requests to the Region
Instructions for using the application
- During your initial login to the system, you will be asked to register and confirm your email.
- Then you log in with Taxisnet codes and see your account profile.
- From the Home page, select the application you are interested in.
- Proceed step by step with the submission, entering the requested information (mandatory fields are marked with an asterisk *).
- Check if your application was successfully registered and received a protocol number. You can check this from the “My Applications” tab. If the submission and protogluing process was successful, the “Status” field will say “Protologized”, and the protocol number and date of protogluing will be displayed.
- In the event of a malfunction of the application, contact the competent service receiving the request or send an email to ddhd@pste.gov.gr with the subject: "Malfunction of the electronic request submission application", in order to report the problem.

Digital platform for driving licenses of the Ministry of Infrastructure - Transport
The application offers the possibility of submitting electronic requests (to the Departments of Transport & Communications of the Region) for:
- Replacement of driving license form
- Issuance of a copy of a driver's license due to damage, loss or theft
Digital Process Steps:
- Citizens enter the electronic application of the Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport with the Taxisnet codes. They digitally register the application and the required supporting documents, while they can proceed to pay the corresponding fee.
- The Directorates of Transport of the Region of Central Greece send all the data digitally to the Directorate of Passports and Security Documents of the Hellenic Police Headquarters (AEA).
- Citizens are invited to collect the new form in person or through an authorized person or by requesting it be sent to them by courier.
Digital Electronic Appointment Platform with the Directorates of Transport & Communications of the Region of Central Greece
The application offers the possibility to make Electronic Appointments with the Departments of Transport & Communications of the Region.
Digital Process Steps:
- Citizens enter the online application and first select the Regional Unit.
- Then they choose the competent Department of the Transport Directorate.
- Finally, they select a date and time in the calendar, give their details and make a reservation.
